I've got some good news for y'all. I just started my webcomic iWISH over at Cup of Comics!

Daughter and Mother - iWISH

Stephanie is a spunky, yet hard working girl.
When she's not hard at work trying to finish her homework,
she is having misadventures with her genie gal pal Jinn.

Marilyn is Stephanie's loving and caring mother.

Concept sketches of characters for a webcomic I will be launching next year called iWISH.
I'll be posting more concepts as the month ends. I hope to launch in January if everything goes well!

Been really busy recently, so I really haven't been able to upload much of what I've done.

Here are some sketches I've worked on for the last couple of weeks.

Some sketches inspired by my Mexican heritage, and my obsession with Aztec mythology.

So far the main character's name (cener) is Flor and that friendly little guy to her left is Quetzalcoatl! The people to her right are some extra people, mostly school chums.

Somewhat inspired by music, this girls name is Note. She is a Sound Hunter.

Her main weapon of choice are her quarter note hammers. Really need to develop her world out more.

Finishing the post off with some production work for my personal project.
Going to start storyboarding soon, I'll post them up here as I finish them.

Been on a Street Fighter high for some time. I really like Makoto, she's a pretty awesome character and not dainty at all! Coming from a martial arts background myself, they did a good job getting that aspect right about her. It's all in the stance and balance, no wonder she's so slow. I also had no idea she actually punches below the belt, I thought that was something they just did for Super Street Fighter 4. My respects! I'll probably color these soon, I like how they turned out, especially the bottom one.

Decided to take a lunch break and paint, now for some food and work.

Edit: I couldn't help it! Had to start it at least!

Sketches and more

Uploading a couple of things I'm working and past DA uploads.

The first two are sketches and future products featuring my super hero character.

Both look like they could be the cover and back cover of a graphic novel. They'll be finished soon-ish, can anybody give me any good facial expression for the first one. I'm having a bit of trouble coming up with a good one.
